Building a complete product brand under pressure

A new consumer health brand was created to launch the company’s flagship gut health product. With no existing brand foundation and an aggressive timeline, the entire visual ecosystem needed to be built in parallel. As the sole designer, I led everything from identity and packaging through to website design, campaign assets, educational materials and launch creative. The challenge was balancing scientific credibility with accessibility while moving quickly enough to support a fast-paced launch environment.

A launch system designed to scale

The brand launched cohesively across every touchpoint from day one, creating a consistent consumer experience across packaging, digital and campaign channels. Despite the pace, the system was designed with enough structure and flexibility to support future growth beyond the initial launch.
