Building consistency across a fast-moving brand
Over three years, I led the visual evolution of a fast-moving B2B healthtech brand across campaigns, reports, presentations, packaging, digital assets and day-to-day communications. Working within a fast-moving B2B healthtech environment required balancing speed with consistency across a growing range of outputs and stakeholders. Alongside delivery, I developed scalable templates, systems and brand tools that enabled non-designers to produce more consistent work independently.
